Here's to life and love.

Post National Day celebrations (10 August)
with my dearest family
@ IMM's Seoul Garden HotPot

Hahahas, I had a great scrumptious meal. Surprisingly, on such a occasion, there wasn't many people around in the mall. Hahahas, it felt kind of empty, for once. :D

(Kimchi Premium Seafood Hotpot)

(Miso Mandu HotPot)

(Hot Plate Chicken)

(Stir Fried Tanghoon)

(Kimgaru Rice)

Didn't spent too much time at IMM, because we are all busy people, trying to rush our homework and to study for the week's time practices. LOL! :D My life is as boring like that. Sighpie.

But nonetheless, I will never forget about my desserts. LOL! ^^
@ Blackball

(Icy Wintermelon Blackball)

(Blackball Signature)

LOLOL, you can see the light gleaming off the chinchow. Hahahas, was feeling damn sad because they ran out of my favourite Taro balls >.<

Hahahas, anyways went on a 1-hour-stroll in Northpoint after school today with Poppyflower, and I managed to try this yogurt shop called Berrylite. It is not bad, LOL! :D Talking about you, can you faster go update your blog?!

Here's to life (not) and love. :D
Have a good weekend everyone!

I came across a fallen tree
and I felt the branches of it looking at me
Is this the place we used to love?
Is this the place that I've been dreaming of?

My best mistake was you.

Happy Birthday, Singapore! <3

(Ripped from Tumblr)

Hmm, just heard the news that my music teacher, Teacher Winnie, is pregnant. Congratulations! :D Hope to see your little one soon! I love babies, hahahas!

Hmm, and my sister is having her electone exam soon, in the upcoming September holidays. Jiayous alright! Start practicing and stop slacking! There are people who failed this exam one, don't play play! Hahahas! :D After she passed this exam, she will be the same grade as me. Hmm... LOL! :D But still, gambatte! I will be always supporting you!

Anyways, so yesterday was National Day eve. Hahahas! :D && it was also my "ex-bestie" Lix's birthday. Happy Birthday girl! Whatever I wanted to say is already in the text already (although the message is just some 客套话) :3 LOL!

(Le awesome clique Part 1)

(Le awesome clique Part 2)

(With my class girls)

All the above pictures are taken yesterday with Evelias' selfie stick! Woohoo!~ I enjoyed this great day because there was no school, (Y) Cheers!

Went Pastamania for lunch with Poppyf. Thanks for the great day! Ordered WAY too much that I felt super bloated (although I packet-ed half of my dessert pizza already), hahahas. Kept yawning when we try to do Maths summary in Macs, so we decided to call it a day and we went home straight.

(My phone quality really cannot make it)

(Strawberry Dessert Pizza)

What a tiring day.
P.S. I have been sleeping past my usual bedtime for this entire week, ohmanzxc. All my dark eye circles are appearing now. :3

Hiding from the rain and the snow.
Trying to forget but I won't let go.
Looking at a crowded street.
Listening to my own heartbeat.
So many people all around the world.
Tell me where do I find someone like you.

Everyday is a second chance.

(Ripped from Tumblr)

There are things we can do
But from the things that work
there are only two

And from the two we choose to do
Peace will win
and fear will lose

There's faith and there's sleep
We need to pick one please
Because faith is to be awake

And to be awake is for us to think
And for us to think is to be alive
And I will try with every rhyme
To come across like I am dying
To let you know you need to try to think

It's just a place in the sun where our love's begun.

(Ripped from Tumblr)

Sometimes, I just don't understand. Am I that insignificant?

It hurts me because I thought that we are friends. Not to the extent of super close, but we are good classmates. And on that particular day itself, you texted me to ask me about schoolwork but you didn't bother forwarding that message.

You even send the message to people you don't text, but you didn't invite your other classmates. Absolutely WOW. I'm flabbergasted. It is pretty obvious that you choose and select people to invite.

It is not because I wanted an invitation badly, because even if I get invited, most likely I wouldn't attend it as well. However, it is the thought that pissed me off. It is the feeling of being a social outcast, and the person who outcasted you are none other than someone you called a 'friend'.

Sometimes, I think that life is freaking unfair.

You're my sunshine after the rain
You're the cure against my fear and my pain
'Cause I'm losing my mind when you're not around
It's all because of you
You're my sunshine

Love left me a messy fracture.

Hello August! :D
A lovely month for me because there are the upcoming National Day holidays, and I'm looking forward to the 7.40am reporting time for the next five Mondays! Hehes!

FINALLY.

Although the 7.40am reporting time is peanuts to schools such as NYJC, but still, I reckoned this is a great improvement towards welfare of the student population. Hahahas! :D

Anyways, this week was a super duper great week because I had the privileged to meet some handsome guys! Angmoh hotties! :P And they are simply a few years older than me, I reckoned my bias is just 2 years older than me. Hahahas!

Introducing to you...
/drumrolls/

DIN AND TONICS

Didn't managed to take pictures with the rest because there are way too many people around, and they are rushing to the next event. But the right side is my ultimate bias, and the one on the left is my second. Hahahas! Ohgosh, they are so tall! Hahahas, and there are many more handsome ones out there, especially the conductor, the one that Poppyflower eyecandied. :P LOLOL!

They are a 'A Cappella' group from Harvard University. That's right, Harvard! Hahahas, what a great motivation for me to work even harder and aim to study there, (:

Hahahas, enough fantasizing. Back to reality.

(Wimbly Lu)

Tra-la-la! :D Presenting to you, Wimbly Lu! Hahahas! I had it for dinner with Vivian before Econs tuition on Thursday, :D Checklist ticked!

My first impression of the shop: WOW!
Hahahas, it is located at Serangoon, stood right smack in the middle of those Semi-Detached landed properties. Hahahas! :D Approximately 10 minutes walk away from NYJC, hence it is quite convenient.

Besides, it was quite a great feeling to sashay down the road as you are surrounded by these Semi-D from all sides. (I went into similar kinds of houses before, because my Erhu tutor and Jiayu both lived in these luxurious housing). Hahahas, and one particular house caught my eye, because it has three storeys with glass walls on the highest floor, and the whole furnishing looks damn pretty! /jealous/

(A close-up of the Pancakes)

(A close-up of the Waffles)

My first impression of the food: Usual lorhs
Hahahas, I'm not impressed by the appearance. I felt that they could work more on it. But the food was not bad, I quite like the pancakes, because it is unique but I must say that waffles are more filling. Hahahas! && the ice-cream scoops are a little small arhs? :/ LOL! Lastly, their ice-cream flavours quite limited. There are only 8 flavours only, and they include weird flavours such as Cheesecake and Honey Cinnamon, as plain as plain flavours such as Vanilla Bean. Ultimately, I'm only left with Rum and Raisins, Salted Caramel and Chocolate Truffles.

So what's good about the café? The pancakes are unique, you seldom see pancakes served with ice-cream. The ambience is great, the café even included a small candlelight at the side of your table, and they have people to serve you. :P It is the same price as the other ice-cream shops, $22 total for my bill.

They do sell other desserts and main courses tooos, but I think they are more famous for their ice-cream? Given a chance, I will visit Creamier instead. Hahahas! :D

Just like the sky looking like the sky
Just like the wind feeling like the wind
Just the way you are, not made up in any way
I'm falling for that beauty

Life does not have to be perfect to be wonderful.

Infinite's Back

Come save me, come save me

Remember, inside your drawer
Remember, inside your wallet
The traces that I left behind
Engrave them without leaving anything out

Reminisce, inside that photo
Inside that space that remains
So that all of my scent, all of my breath
Won’t disappear

Please don’t lose me
Like the spring wind that passed over me
Can you save, can you save me

Like the past scent of the many days
That passed over me
Can you save Can you save me

(Save me)
Save me

Come back, I want you back back back back back
Back back back back back
Don’t place our memories in time

Come back, I want you back back back back back
Back back back back back
I’ll wait for you, as I remain here, turned around
I say save me

(Save)
Can you save me

I think of each memory that I should forget
Season after season
I want you back in my arms

Please don’t lose me
Like the spring wind that passed over me
Can you save, can you save me

Like the past scent of the many days
That passed over me
Can you save Can you save me

Don’t place me in time
Don’t try to reminisce me
Please please please
Don’t erase a single bit of me

Come back, I want you back back back back back
Back back back back back
Don’t place our memories in time

Come back, I want you back back back back back
Back back back back back
I’ll wait for you, as I remain here, turned around
I say save me

Well, I think this is a pretty good song with awesome lyrics (the lyrics are weird here due to translation) and a nice and catchy tune. :D My boys never fail me. LOL! :D Go Infinite!

A day without laughters is a day wasted.

(Ripped from Tumblr)

Great day at Westgate, Jurong with my lovely family. Hahahas! It has a been long since I last visited Westgate, and I'm glad to see many more new shops there. :D Most importantly, there is a wide array of cafes and restaurants and eateries that leave me salivating as I strolled round the mall. :P

Lunch Menu of the day:
Menya Musashi Kodou
(麵屋武藏)

(Side Dish: White Fish)

(Side Dish: Gyoza)

The side dishes are delicious. Not exactly the kind which I will go super gaga over, but it is not bad. My mummy tried their Maki last time, and she said they didn't taste as nice though. So lesson learnt: NO Maki in the future. LOL! :D Which is weird, considering they serve Japanese cuisine, by right their sushi should taste nice. But by left... You get my drift. :D

(Seafood Ramen)

(Duck Ramen)

Oh lord, these are god-damn finger-licking good! Hahas, I finally found a substitute for Ajisen. Oops! P.S. I am not a fan of Ajisen because I felt that the price was not worth it - the soup base was nice, but their noodles are not appealing at all.

So what's so special about these ramen besides it being super scrumptious? :D Well, notice their soup base. It is black in colour. LOL! :D Garlic flavour. They offer you three different types of soup bases for you to choose, which is the normal one, the garlic one and the spicy one. It is interesting isn't it? Hahahahas! && there is no strong taste of garlic, which is good as your mouth won't stink. :D But you can't keep the vampires away, LOL!

(My mini bowl of Ramen)

Hahahas, we only ordered two bowls because I ate breakfast today and wasn't feeling hungry /goodgirl/. :D Hahahas, anyways check out their noodles. It is actually H-shaped!

(H-shaped Noodles)

Hahas, I tried my best to zoom and focus, yet apparently my phone camera failed me. Shall add a camera to my wishlist. :D

(Different outlets serve different types of noodles)

Hahahas! :D One bowl of noodles set come with one side dish, and the set is priced at around $20 (including GST and Service Charge). It is only slightly more expensive than Ajisen, so why not choose this instead? :P My humble opinion.

(Food Republic)

Hmm, so after much shopping around (I didn't spend on clothes), we got hungry and went to Food Republic food court for teabreak. :D Chendol for mummy, Mango Ice for my babysis and Grass Jelly with Honey Taros for yours truly. LOL! It is surprisingly good, except that the mango ice is a little sour. Hahahas!

Anyways, we went to the basement Isetan supermarket (I forgot what is it called) which specialised in selling Japanese foodstuff. :D It seemed as though I stepped into a food paradise. LOL! :D Food ranging from soba, to salmon, to sushi. WOW! I'm totally mindblown.

We spent quite a bit there, and I'm egg-cited because we also packet salmon and squid teriyaki for dinner. LOL! :D Woohoo!~ && I also bought some caramel custard goodies for my 'study break' tomorrow.

A nice break from all the studying. I'm contented.

You cut me down to the bone.
Now you are dancing all over my soul.
I'm falling to pieces, to pieces, to pieces.
