Damn it, I cannot concentrate on doing my work. :3 Having a headache trying to sell my AJCO tickets (5 more to go) and the funfair thing (not to a large extent, but it is still something that bothers me), on top of my homework :3

So yeahs, this week remains as a mundane week for me. Everything functions as per normal. Except that he is more willing to talk to me now. At least, he did attempt to add a smiley at the end of his messages. I couldn't ask for more. Thankyou. (:

Stress has been getting into my head these days. Stress over everything, from CCA to studies to friends to relationships. I'm going to break down soon. I hate my life.

Went for a little CIP session with my dear mates, Poopy and Weina, (: Hahahas, 'Project Samaritan" is a project initiative to help the needy families living in the Yishun area. Students from AJC, both the interactors and the non-interactors, went door-to-door to collect canned and dried food from the residents living in Yishun. We then pack these food into bags to pass to the needy families, benefiting them. ^^ (y) Cheers! Felt a sense of achievement after everything. Hahahas, it feels good to be able to help those in need. LOL!

Hahas, Weina and I went Northpoint that Japanese foodcourt place for lunch. I had seafood garlic rice in stone pot (I don't know what they are called), whilst Weina ate some curry chicken omelete rice. Hahas, Japanese curry is sweet, I like <3 LOL! Lunch was scrumptious. #happykid96

Then I met up with bestie Vivian for a study date. LOL! :D Found a nice place to study (athough it is quite far, but it is a nice environment for people to study). Hahahas, we forgo our movie date for studies okayys!

I did only 3 questions for electrochem, ohgawd. Super unproductive, because I kept getting stuck at the questions >.< But still, the aircon was on full-blast, and I was sitting on the sofa with super big table. LOLOL! :D It is truly a nice environment to study, hehes!

But kudos to her for her pop-up card. I guess she really put in a lot of efforts to do it, because it is quite difficult to cut, especially alphabets. LOL! :D I tried before and I nearly vomited blood because I absolutely have no patience cutting those delicate alphabets x.x

Life is like a storybook, how we live is how we write it.

Recently, a dreadful calamity fell upon the world.

A Korean ferry had capsized and sank, bringing along with it the lives of around 28 people, including young teenagers, teachers and the crew. 268 people were still remained unaccounted for. It is quite scary, if we think about it. One day, you see them, and the next day, they are gone, just like that. Poof! && they vanished away from the Earth. Just like the incident of MH370.

Why had the Earth met with such catastrophic events? Yeahs, it is true that some things are beyond our control. Despite trying our best, fighting with all our might, some things just can't be helped. We might, at one point in time, feel devastated, thinking that our incapabilities rendered us powerless against the world. So this question often pop up inside our heads, "Should I surrender or continue fighting?" 

The truth is, you are actually fighting against yourself. You yourself is actually your true enemy. To succeed, you have to ensure that you are not defeated by yourself. Stop thinking that somebody is holding you back, preventing you from succeeding. Stop thinking that you cannot do it. We should believe in ourselves at all times. What's better than to give yourself a boost of morale whenever things start to become difficult?

Saw this quote in the toilet at my tuition center recently, and I think that it absolutely makes sense. Yup, everything may seemed screwed up to you initially. But hey, how you overcome these obstacles is actually the valuable life lessons that one should learn. 

For instance, PW is a major thing for us this year. We thought that our PW results will be screwed because of our beloved Jiaxin, but look at what happened in the end. We all got our As, except him, which is what he deserved.

Don't think lowly of yourself just because you didn't achieve your desired results. True that everyone is saying that PW is one of the easiest subject to score, but it is not the end yet. We still have yet to take our core subjects exams. The race had barely started, so don't give up. Be positive, and forget the past. What has been done only cannot be undone. Focus on the present, focus on what you should do now, and don't dwell on the past. It is all history.

Besides PW, we have other tests and exams as well. The blocks, the NAPFA, and everything. What doesn't kill us only makes us stronger. We fight till no one can fight us. We live and no one can stop us. So jiayous everyone! You are not alone.

I knew they will do this, hence the brilliant me had brought extra clothes for myself. LOLOL!~ But still, it was a pleasant surprise! <3

Hahahas, I was bored, so ... LOL! :D Don't judge me! Anyways, today I went to 'celebrate' 清明节, which is a Chinese festival for people to pay respects to their ancestors (not sure, I don't usually celebrate, this is my first time). So I went to 扫墓 (tomb-sweeping, literally).

Hmm, everything was an eye-opener for me, and I learnt the meaning of the words that are carved on the tombstones. Hmm, like they carved their sons' names, their place of origin etc etc. That's cool, and I noticed people putting stone on the tombstones (for I don't know the reason for it).

Then after the visit to the Buona Vista's cemetery to pay respects to my grandfather's parents and my grandfather's mother's mother (omg, so messy), we head towards 光明山 to visit my grandmother, which is freaking hot and crowded and packed and stuffy. Arghs, I can't B R E A T H E.

But nevermind, because after that, we went Nex's dingtaifung for lunch. Hahahahas! :D The sixteen of us, together with my 二姑姑 and her husband, whom I don't even see them at all even during Chinese New Year. LOL! :D Simply to say, I think it has been years since I last saw them. Hahahas, :D Nice lunch, but I believed my family behaved in a very rowdy manner. LOLOL!!

Went Little India yesterday to help my little sister buy her Indian costume. Went the ever-famous shopping mall 'Mustafa', but apparently after walking around the whole freaking mall that was freaking big, the salesgirl told us that the mall only sells 'sarees', but we were looking for 'pavadi'. (I think that's the spelling, LOL!)

So we walked the "Great Wall of Little India" to hunt for this shop 'Haniffa' in search of my sister's Indian costume. :3 It took me around an hour plus walking time, and fortunately, the shop was closing in ten minutes. So we had to do speed buying (choosing and trying on of these ethnic costumes). Hahahas, another eye-opener for me for I have not been to Little India before. LOL! :D

That place was not as bad as what I thought initially. I was initially quite afraid, especially when my car drove past them and I got a super closed-up view of them. The people are actually friendly over there (reminds me of Prashanth). Hehes! :D

Alright, back to studying. My whole weekend was burnt. From practicing music with my sister, attending Econs tuition with Vivian, going Little India, to paying repects to my ancestors. Arghs!! Mountains of homework piled on my desk again. && super annoying, my CCA increased practice to 10.5 hours a week (3.5hours per day, and I have three days). Zzz!!

Nuclear Physics 1 tutorial, Maths Binomial and Poisson Section B, Maths Normal Distribution Section A, Nuclear Physics 2, Nitrogen Compounds, Econs case studies. Arghs! Jiayous jiayous jiayous!

I'm not sure whether I should cry or laugh when I couldn't access the LMS Maths video. LOL, if I can't access, means ... I don't need to do it! :P But quite bad, because I would have to catch up later on. Arghs!!

So today had a short catch up session with the beauty, Xiaofang. Ohgawd, it had been such a long time since we had a proper date! LOLOL! :D Four years down the road, and many more to come! Hahahahas! Cheers to our everlasting friendship!

So today was meant to be an early birthday celebration for both Xiaofang and me. (Her birthday is four days after mine, LOL!) We reckon that we will be too busy during schooldays, and hence we decided to push it earlier. Hahahas! :D 

(Menu for Manna Story)

Yup, we went for lunch at Manna Story (Dhoby Ghaut). Believe it or not, I had Korean meals in two consecutive days. I'm going to be so broke, omg! :D Hahahahas!

(Appetisers!)

They do not have a range of appetisers, unfortunately x.x Unlike the Korean Restaurant that I ate with le clique in JEM last December holidays, they provide 12 bowls of appetisers! The kimchi and the seaweed are daebak, I miss eating kimchi! :P But I need white rice to go with it, LOL!

Alright, it just looks disgusting here. LOL! :D That was black bean paste by the way, since I cannot take spicy, and Xiaofang said the chilli flavour is seriously spicy (and she is someone who could take extreme spiciness, LOL!). So yeahs, inside there are rice cakes, fishcakes, noodles, ramen, dumplings, and many more! Hahahas, the soup was great (although it seriously looks damn unappealing). 越喝，越好喝! Woohoo!~

Then we bought "I love Taimei" bubbletea also, and I ordered 'Super Caramel Tea', LOL! :D Super sweet, although I ordered 50%. I should just order 0%, haish. What in the world am I thinking ehs :3 Then we went Bugis to walk walk, and I bought a cheese flavoured cup noodles because it looks interesting to me. C'mon, who has ever seen cheese flavoured instant noodles?! Hahahas! ^^ What an eye-opener!

So we slack awhile in the Illuma, before heading home. Fell asleep whilst standing and doing my work, so at a point in time, my worksheet actually slip off my hands and boom, scattered to the floor. Embarrassed die me. LOLOL!  

So yup, that ends the day for me. Two advanced birthday celebrations, and I'm looking forward to more. Hahahas! :D Woohoo!~ I can't wait!
