Day 6 in Taiwan

My final last day before heading back to Singapore. And disgustingly, only this particular day that it starts to turn colder, like around 17°C, but the past few days were the hot Singapore weather. Kns. Must they do this to me?! I can finally wear my long-sleeved apparels. Lmao!

But yeahs, I had been wanting to head over to this Modern Toilet Restaurant for very long already. Hahahahas! :D

Hahahas, I think the Hot Pot is more worthwhile, because inside really have tons of ingredients. Hahahas, the baked rice and curry chicken are delicious. However, the rosemary chicken is just so-so. LOL! :D But the total bill is only SGD 48! There are drinks and ice-cream tooos!

It was getting late once we finished our meal. (It is better to print a map in order to find this restaurant, because it is quite ulu in my opinion, lmao!) So we headed back to the hotel to collect our luggage, and made our way to Taoyuan Airport for our flight.

And we had a stupid idiotic flight delay of 1h. Thanks to Tiger, arghs! Sat in the airplane for 5h instead of the promised 4h. My butt hurts. Omg.

Day 5 in Taiwan

Today's attraction: 东北角海岸国家风景区

A view taken from the taxi. It was one day after the Elections, and so we can see many barriers around the government building (to prevent protests? I mean, the national party lost so badly).

So we went to 放天灯 at 十分火车站. Legit train station, got trains drive past at times one. Hahahas. Dangerous omg. You will know what I'm saying after looking through some photos below. Hahahas! :D

Stopped in the middle of the road for a photo-taking session. This is the good thing about Taiwan, you can park your car at one side in the middle of nowhere. Try doing that in Singapore, confirm warning letter. Lmao! This is the legendary 阴阳海.

They are quite different from the past few night markets that I have been to. The food they sell is quite interesting, but the goods and items are similar though.

Day 4 in Taiwan

Plans for the day is just to visit 猫空. Finally a simple yet relaxing day, a day which I don't have to hike with my sore feet anymore. Ohyeahs baby! :D

Hahahas, finally I'm eating some decent meal. Hahahas! :D I guess Taichung's food don't really suit my preference. Lmao, I starved myself for the past few days. Okay actually not, I just eat everything. -.-

Hahahas, there are tons of cafes (cat-themed) and 茶馆 up there. But I am too poor / lazy to queue, so I just walked one round before travelling back via cable cars. Hahahas! :D There is nothing much for us to see because it was too dark (their sun set at 5pm). Sighpie. But when it's dark, it means time for 夜市! Hahahas!

So we metro-ed to Shilin Nightmarket for supper and more shopping. Lmao! The place changed quite a lot from my previous time there. More shops selling different stuff. Hahahas!

The chicken cutlet is bigger than your face. Hahahas! :D There used to be a bubbletea store (whose bubbletea is also bigger than your face) beside me, but I can't seem to find it now. Haish.
