They tried to bury us, but they didn't know that we are seeds.

Here comes the long-awaited Summer break! :D Finally ended all my exams?! Woots! After so long omg, that feeling when everyone finished their exams and you are staring at their snaps and wishing you are outside enjoying instead of cooping at home and studying T.T My last paper was meh, I was totally numbed towards it already, just wishing that everything will end quickly. I tried my best although the questions made me go wtf because they are really out of the world, but okay whatever. Just pray for the best. :/ It is the start of Summer! *screams internally*

(Ripped from Tumblr)

Besides, yesterday was a totally horrendous day because stupid Dewei made me go check my group project marks and I realised that some idiots marked me down and I only got 90% of the grades. I don't really think I only deserved 90%, someone please explain to me. Zzz. Hate them. Is it so competitive that people have to step on the top of others? >.<

And because I saw my NM2104 results are marked (by that, I mean the median/highest/lowest are out, not my grades) and I was disappointed for not seeing what I hope to see. Ohwell. T.T The worst part is, super kaypoh me decided to click into my psych gradebook and saw something really, really bad that I don't want to see. Wtf seriously. No more psychology for me, no more. No one truly understand how I feel for the amount of effort I put in for this because I don't want history to repeat itself. Nonetheless, thanks Manda, JJ and L for their comforting words. But still, I hate myself for not being able to deal with psychology?!

Sighs okay whatever. 26 more days before results are out. Dreading this zzz. :3 But first, let me enjoy.

Today's highlights:

(Sukiya Lunch Buffet with Amanda)

Had cravings for Japanese steamboat, and so here we go! We ordered 12 plates of meat in total but I guess we didn't order enough to cover the costs of the buffet? Actually, I'm not sure. Hahahahas! But woohoo, the Japanese soup base and udon are exceptionally tasty! *thumbs up* One thing I dislike about the buffet is the small variety of food items available. There are practically only vegetables, vegetables and more vegetables. Fishballs, meatballs, tofu and noodles. Ahh, but okay for the price we pay... (student lunch buffet @ $15 after GST/service charge). :D

Then we went shopping for abit at Bugis+ but I didn't spot anything I like T.T Okay nevermind, save money. Hahahas, how can I spend when I haven't even start working rights! *self-comforting* Okay, we grabbed a cuppa of Starbucks each, because 1-for-1 promotions going on. LOL! :D

Headed over to Timbre+ with Amanda to meet Weina. I practically had a shock of my life because the place is totally not what we expected it to be. Open-spaced, Kopitiam style, Kopitiam food. Hmm, maybe we should do our homework first before heading there. Or maybe it is still too early in the day. Sighs, disappointed, we decided to head to another place for dinner and woots! Off we go to Genki Sushi! My virgin experience there, but I was amazed the entire time. Hehes!

(They provide green tea powder instead of the sachets)

(The plates of food were delivered via this amazing train-like machine travelling on the main conveyor belt)

Okay, this is a damn innovative technology. Or maybe I'm just slow. I didn't have a clue that it was already implemented in Singapore. Hahahas! So it is like when you order the food from the iPad, they will deliver the food using this bullet train machine which is travelling on the main conveyor belt, and it will slow down and gradually come to a stop in front of you. So when you unload the food onto your table, you can click a button to send the train back to the kitchen. Interesting rights! The service is quite fast and efficient. :D

(The sushi are priced reasonably)

(Lobster Salad Sushi which I find it to be okay okay only)

I think I will go back to Genki Sushi for a second time. The sushi is delicious (their soba is just meh), the ambiance is good to chill with your friends/family, the lighting is great for pictures-taking, the price is reasonable. :DDD So glad we tried this place! Next stop, Nunsaram Korean Dessert Cafe.

(Chocolate Banana Bingsu)

I went to this place a couple of times, and tried many different flavours. I concluded that the Chocolate Banana to be my favourite. :D It is not that sweet, but I don't like the cream on it. Hahahahas!

(Amanda's face so crunched up)

Hahahas, attempted an artistic shot but to no avail. Poor lighting, poor pouring skills (HAHA Amanda), poor phone quality. But nonetheless, a great day spent with my babes! :D I think we ate too much, time to go on a diet?

Never regret a day in your life:
Good days give happiness;
Bad days give experience;
Worst days give lessons;
Best days give memories.
